She holds a Master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Saint Joseph’s University (2022) and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, 2023). Her academic journey also includes a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from Florida International University (2014) and a Bachelor in Classical Ballet & Character Dances from the National School of Arts in Havana, Cuba (1999). Her professional background spans roles as coordinator, teacher, and instructor, where she honed her expertise in curriculum development, data collection, and behavioral strategies. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she contributes cultural depth and educational insight to every interaction, helping travelers feel supported and understood throughout their journey.
