The essence and culture of San Pedro de Atacama are based on the custom of offering hospitality, comfort, peace and tranquility to its travelers. Terrantai shares this sentiment, in addition to basing the inspiration for the construction of the lodge on the desire to honor the spirituality of traditional Atacameandntilde;o customs. Our desire is to offer an authentic experience in the midst of these sacred desert territories in a way that reflects and respects the Atacameandntilde;o spirit. Terrantai is a historic 19th century home with a unique history and location. In 1980, the Chilean government declared as part of the 'Historic Sector' the buildings built around the church of San Pedro de Atacama. The construction of the hotel was carried out in 1996. The preservation of the cultural heritage of this historic house was and is a priority. The reception and seating areas, as well as the rooms along the original corridors, have been preserved in their original state, preserving the originality of Atacameandntilde;o architecture. This charming and cozy hotel, located in San Pedro de Atacama, is exclusively for adults. It has 21 rooms and wifi connection. Reception is open 24h.
