NH Collection Munchen Bavaria was renovated in 2008, now offering 173 fully-equipped stylish and modern rooms. The original 1920 building was expanded in the 1960s with a 13-story tower added to the original 3 stories. The highest building in the area, the hotel offers a great view over Munich from most rooms. Breakfast is served on the third floor, and the roof of the original building is now a 600 m² terrace used by the restaurant during the summer, as well as for coffee breaks and cocktail receptions for up to 500 people. Four multi-purpose meeting rooms offer a total of 255 m² for events from ten to 100 people.
