The Hotel is located on top of a hillside, 30 kilometres from Perugia with stunning views over the rolling Umbrian countryside.Rooms vary in size and colour scheme. Each room has its own individual style and is decorated in traditional English country style with rich patterned fabric.Restaurant Il Pavone is located on the ground floor and features wooden-beamed ceiling and panoramic views of the surrounding olive groves.The Relais has been inserted in a Castle and several other buildings of a small hamlet originally built around year 1000 and restored in 1995 using typical Umbrian stonework.Typical Umbrian stonework with wooden-beams ceilings, arches and terracotta floors extend right into the reception area. The wooden reception desk is on the side of the entrance. Close to the reception, there is the bar, a lounge area, a billiard room, and several sofas surround the enormous fireplace in the leisure room.Good property particularly indicated for couples, honeymooners, small groups and incentives.
