Surrounded by a typical Mediterranean vegetation, meadows, olive trees and small trulli, the exclusive Resort overlooks a large bay of crystal clear water where the sleeping cliff slopes of water slowly creating evocative natural pools.Available comfort, double, with small patio, suites consist of a sitting area with sofa bed or double bed, bedroom, balcony / patio, some with two bathrooms, each equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, telephone, LCD TV, deposit box safe and minibar (furnished upon request), with hairdryer service. Superior Suites are also available, such as the suites but with two bathrooms.The restaurant consists of two rooms, one with a sea view, it offers a buffet service, water and wine included with typically Mediterranean cuisine that takes cues from the rich local tradition.BandB includes: porter service, Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a rich buffet breakfast at the "Aquarius" restaurant with a shaded outdoor patio, kettle and tea set in the room, fitness gazebo facing the sea, solarium, use of the pool and sea-view Jacuzzis, private beach within the hotel with umbrellas and sun loungers, piano bar every evening, playground, kids club in the afternoon (June 15 - September 15), daytime sports fields, shuttle service to/from Polignano a Mare (service subject to reservation and availability), private fenced and shaded parking, and one wellness session included for stays longer than 4 nights. From May 24 to September 20, there is a private sandy and rocky beach in front of the hotel equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers along with a VIP area (for an additional fee).HBB (half board from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM) includes: all services included in BandB plus a buffet dinner (water included) with dishes skillfully prepared by our chef featuring typical Mediterranean flavors. From May 24 to September 20, themed gastronomic corners: on Monday, TEX MEX corner, Tuesday is FUSION corner, Wednesday is PUGLIESE traditional night with the Cheesemaker corner, Thursday is Brazilian corner, Friday is Japanese corner, Saturday is Gala dinner with a raw seafood station, and Sunday is Mediterranean night. Baby menu available in the restaurant for the little ones.FBB (full board from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM) includes: all services included in HBB plus lunch served at the table (water included). At the discretion of management, the table service may be replaced by a rich buffet service. Remarks: Rates do not include any local city tax and resort fee that must be paid by the final customer on-site directly to the hotel.
