A few steps from the centre of San Teodoro, the Residence "Approdo Verde" is a residential complex of apartments arranged in horseshoe that surrounds a central area, available to all customers, well maintained in garden with lawn, luxuriant plants and olive trees.Our apartments are arranged on the ground floor, with opening on two sides: on the common garden with covered veranda, and on the back with small private terrace; or on the first floor, with veranda overlooking the large common garden. All apartments have TV with digital terrestrial, private bathrooms and low beds.Reception open from 09.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. and from 04.00 p.m to 08.00 p.m. Check in from 05.00 p.m. to 08.00 p.m. Arrivals outside check-in times are subject to a surcharge. Please inform the property in advance of your arrival time. Remarks: Reception open from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. Check-in is available from 17:00 to 20:00. Arrivals outside the scheduled check-in hours incur an additional fee. Please inform the property of your arrival time in advance.
