There is free shuttle bus between the hotel and the town center throughout a day. If you travel from Tokyo, take Nagano Shinkansen (bullet train) to JR Karuizawa. There is direct shuttle bus service called "SPA Resort Liner" which takes you to Kusatsu Bus Terminal from JR Karuizawa Station (approximately 65 minutes - depending on season). Alternatively, JR Public Bus runs from Shinjuku Station to Kusatsu town centre and it takes about 3 to 4hours.All rooms are medium in size with simple décor and offer modern facilities such as a television, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, in-room safe and air-conditioning.
