Its Main Building is a two-story wooden structure built in the traditional sukiya style, and the three-story New Building, while featuring a steel frame, is imbued with traditional Japanese sensibility. From there take the Tozai Subway Line to Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae Station (about 2 min). It is about 7 min on foot from there.By car: Exit the Meishin Expressway at Kyoto-higashi IC and continue on Prefectural Route 143 for about 7 km (about 20 min) towards the Kyoto City Office and Kyoto Hotel Okura.
