Directly opposite the Pacific Ocean and within one kilometre to the centre of Kaikoura town. Kaikoura is approximately two and a half hours drive north of Christchurch. Travelling from the North, Kaikoura is approximately two and a half hours drive from Picton. There is also a daily train service- TranzCoastal- to Kaikoura from either Christchurch or Picton.The Standard Studios are well-appointed and spacious, facing the garden. All have the facilities and quality amenities you would require including a kitchenette with microwave, tea and coffeee making facilites and a patio or balcony to enjoy the sun. The ensuite bathroom has a shower. Bedding is one Queen Bed and one Single Bed.There is no restaurant on site. Next door to the property there is an excellent cafe that is open for breakfast and lunch.The property is a modern two storey building. Predominantly glass and concrete.There is a medium sized lobby area with comfortable seating. The large windows face the Ocean across the road.This is an excellent place to stay while in Kaikoura. Central to the town centre and also to the many activities on offer for example; whale watching, swimming with dolphins and Maori cultural tours. A fantastic property with some rooms enjoying unparalleled views .
