This hotel is situated in the tourist resort of Puerto Rico, just 250 m from the beach and links to the public transport network. There are a profusion of shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants, cafés as well as a pulsing nightlife located in the surrounding area. This basic hotel was built in 1970 and renovated in 2008. A total of 101 apartments are on offer over 5 floors, of which 62 are singles, 19 are double apartments and 20 are suites. Amongst the hotel facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, bar and restaurant. There is a laundry service available and a childrens playground to round off the hotels facilities. The functional en suite rooms are fitted with satellite/ cable TV, a balcony/terrace and a safe. All the apartments are air-conditioned (extra charge) Guests are offered a freshwater pool, a paddling pool, a pool bar (in the summer) and a solarium.
