This hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Berne, just a short walk from the railway station and parliament. The medium-sized bedrooms are simply decorated in neutral shades. All have the facilities one would expect from a hotel of this standard. The rooms are in good condition, as are the bathrooms.Breakfast is either taken in a room located on the first floor also used by guests of neighbouring Hotel Baeren, or in the hotel's friendly snack bar. This is a pleasant, light room with large windows and a light colour scheme. Dinner/Lunch served in a local restaurant. The exterior of the building is very traditional and forms part of the shopping arcades. The lobby is small. This hotel could not be better located for those wanting to explore the centre of Switzerland's capital.
