Change or cancellation of reservations: I - In the event of a change in a reservation, VILA KALANGO shall not reimburse the amount of the value of all the daily rates deposited to its account. This balance (if any) shall be available as credit for 6 months, maximum, from the date any such change is requested to be made. II - The request for change in reservation dates shall be subject to confirmation by the reservation department.
