During event periods in the city, the absence of the aforementioned guarantee will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation at the expiration of the period stipulated in the reservation document. Reservations without a guarantee for the first night will be maintained until 6 pm on the day of arrival. 3) Accommodation expenses (daily rates, taxes and extra expenses) that will be paid directly by the guest and that, therefore, are not accepted in the billing of registered companies, will be subject to guarantee through a pre-authorization request (credit opening) on the credit card or advance payment upon check in. 4) Apartments must be residential, with no commercial use being prohibited. 5) The exercise of the right to repentance must be carried out by the guest within a period of seven days, counting from the date of making the reservation. After the aforementioned period, cancellations or changes to reservations must be informed up to twenty-four hours in advance from the check in date, except when the reservation is for the periods stipulated in item 3. Net rates are not commissionable. 8)Pet Friendly: Only 01 (one) dog per apartment is allowed, with a maximum size of 18kg. It is necessary to present a Vaccination Card (original and a copy) at check-in. Owners of animals vaccinated less than 15 days before check-in are responsible for any type of disease that their pets may contract during their stay, as a drop in immunity is inevitable during this period. The rabies vaccine must have been administered more than 30 days ago and less than a year ago. 9) Group policy: Above 09 apartments Reservations processed through this system comprise up to 9 apartments per period on average. Above 9 or more than 10 apartments, it is considered a Group policy, with negotiation and applicability of different Terms and Conditions. <br /><u>CANCELLATION POLICIES:</u> Reservations with a No Show Guarantee may be canceled up until 2:00 pm on the business day prior to the Guest's arrival. After this period, the amount corresponding to one night's stay will be charged and this amount cannot be reversed as a credit for future accommodations. Reservations without a No Show Guarantee will be automatically canceled at 2pm on the business day prior to the Guest's arrival.
