Children's Policy: One (1) child up to 7 years old sharing the same bed as their parents stays free of charge, and breakfast is also included; Accommodation for the child in an extra bed will depend on the availability of an extra bed at the hotel on the day of arrival. Children aged 8 to 17 are charged an additional R$100 per day plus taxes. By determination of Federal Law No. 8.069, of 07/13/1990, we do not allow the accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age, unless accompanied by their parents or guardian. If the minor is accompanied only by their guardian, it will be necessary to present, at the time of check-in, a written authorization for the minor's accommodation signed by the parents, with signatures authenticated by a notary public. Regardless of any other provision, all minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age must present, at the time of check-in, an official photo identification document that proves their identity and parentage, even if accompanied by their parents. According to Article 2 of Law No. 5.553/68, the hotel may make a photocopy of the data from the minors' documents, returning the document to the exhibitor afterwards. The accommodation of foreign minors must respect the same guidelines above and follow the laws in force. Reservations processed through this system include up to 9 apartments per average period. Above 9 or from 10 apartments onwards, it is considered a Group policy, with negotiation and applicability of different Terms and Conditions. <br /><u>CANCELLATION POLICIES:</u> Reservations with a No Show Guarantee may be canceled up until 2:00 pm on the business day prior to the guest's arrival. After this period, the amount corresponding to one night's stay will be charged and this amount cannot be reversed as a credit for future accommodations. Reservations without a No Show Guarantee will be automatically canceled at 2pm on the business day prior to the guest's arrival;<br /> <u>WARRANTY POLICIES:</u> <br /> Warranty Policy <br /> You can guarantee your reservation with a credit card. When made in this way, the reservation will be guaranteed until 12:00 pm on the day following the scheduled check-in date.
