Foreigners with less than 60 days in the country are exempt from this payment presenting a passport. Pets are allowed inside our establishment except in areas such as the restaurant and wet areas (Turkish Lap Pool sauna and SPA) as long as they are domestic animals (dogs and/or cats) under the strict custody responsibility and care of their owner or holder complying with the following code of conduct: Pets must have a valid vaccination and deworming schedule at the time of entry and carry the respective card or equivalent document that certifies this. Animals must wear a collar and leash at all times when circulating in the hotel areas. The leash must be controlled exclusively by adults and must not be left out of custody at any time. In compliance with the National Police Code dogs of potentially dangerous breeds must also wear a muzzle and a permit. The owner will assume any risk that may be caused by the sole possession of these animals and the harm and inconvenience caused to people belongings public spaces and the natural environment in general. The pets hygiene and sanitary appearance must be adequate and must not cause any dangerous or uncomfortable situation for other visitors to the establishment. Disturbance policy: Any direct disturbance caused by a pet will generate a warning to the corresponding guest in order for him/her to take measures to stop the disturbance immediately. In the event that it cannot be controlled immediately your pet must be removed from the hotel or the guest must leave the hotel with no place for returns refunds or other sums for these events. Responsibility: Guests with pets accept full responsibility for all damages and/or personal injuries resulting from them. In this regard they agree to cover any additional charges for damage to the infrastructure and/or furniture in the hotel whether they have accessed any area with or without the company of the guest and to exempt the hotel managers owners operators and/or collaborators from any liability for damage suffered as a result of the guests pet. Damages caused by the pet must be valued and assumed by the guest responsible for it which will be charged to the room account. In the room: The guest agrees to immediately report any special cleaning situations or material damage within the suite. The use of towels sheets mattress covers blankets or linens from the room for pets is prohibited. In the event of detecting improper use of these the guest must assume the cost of their replacement. Owners possessors or holders of pets are obliged to clean any type of dirt and/or excrement left by them and to assume the additional cost stipulated for the cleaning service of either rugs furniture or any other hotel furniture that the pet has soiled. Guests are advised to take their pets out of the hotel regularly to relieve themselves. Elevators: In the elevators pets must be kept on a leash in your arms or we suggest using the stairs.
