"Por determinação da Lei Federal n. 8.069, de 13/07/1990, é proibida a hospedagem de menor de idade (menor de 18 anos) desacompanhado dos pais, sem o documento que autorize a sua estada. Portanto, para hospedagens de menores de idade, é obrigatório que seja entregue no ato do check-in o RG ou Certidão de Nascimento do Menor.
