Under the terms of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, it is forbidden to accommodate minors under 18 years of age unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardian, except with express written authorization with a notarized signature or electronic validation. For registration, security, and compliance with legal and tax obligations, the following are mandatory at check-in: full name, CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), identity document, and address. The data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), exclusively for legal and contractual purposes of the accommodation, observing the applicable security and confidentiality measures. The hotel does not share personal data with third parties, except when necessary to comply with legal obligations, requirements of competent authorities, or execution of services related to the reservation. Group reservations (from 10 apartments) must be processed offline, with specific conditions regarding deadlines, payment, and prices. Group reservations made through this channel may be canceled.
