Please be advised that the hotel added a new stop (Dubai World Trade Center) to our regular free shuttle bus service from Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf/Marriott Executive Apartments Al Jaddaf. The bus departs at 8:40am and the pick-up from DWTC is at 5:40pm. The area around the hotel is going through a development phase which is visible while approaching the hotel.The work entails the road expansion and pipe works and is likely to continue at different surrounding locations however these works do not generate any noise and none of the tasks are allowed at night.Hence has no impact at all to the in house guests in terms of dust or sound. We would also ensure elimination of any visual disruption by giving rooms that do not directly overlook the construction site. The access to the hotel is also clear.Further details Building Construction most of the building construction around the Hotel are at a stage of fit-outs interiors. There are no piling work anymore adjacent to the Hotel.So there is No noise issues now and wont be there in the immediate future. Additionally they are NOT allowed to have any major work in the night.Authorities are constantly reviewing / visiting the area to ensure there are no violations to the approved sound levels. Please note that as Dubai continues to enhance itself as a holiday destination there are many exciting hotel and leisure infrastructure developments currently underway to ensure that the Emirate remains at the forefront of advancement to meet the anticipated future demand of the discerning traveller.
