All located on the first floor. <br /> <u>GENERAL POLICIES:</u> ESSENTIAL INFORMATION FOR YOUR SATISFACTION: * Reception: 24 hours. Maid service from 8 am to 8 pm. * Breakfast: 7 am to 10 am. Restaurant open to the public until 10 pm. * Check-in 2 pm; Check-out 12 pm. Late check-out will only be allowed depending on occupancy and must be requested 1 day in advance at reception. * The hotel is not equipped to receive pets of any size. * Smoking is not permitted in closed areas of the hotel (apartments, restaurant and reception). A fine of R$ 1,000.00 will be charged to disinfect the environment. * CORKAGE FEE: We do not allow the consumption of own drinks or food (snacks, appetizers, etc.), not purchased at the hotel, in the social areas (lobby, bars, restaurant and pool). Consumption is permitted only in the apartment. CORKAGE FEES OF R$70.00 PER ITEM CONSUMED. Coolers are not permitted in the common areas. * DAY-USE: Guests of the guests are always welcome at the hotel, but those who wish to enjoy our garden/pool will be charged a minimum consumption fee of R$150.00 per adult per day (1 child up to 4 years old free). Available from 9am to 5pm. * We have our own pool towels available at reception. The use of pool towels is one per person/day. If you exceed the limit, you will be charged R$15.00 per towel. * The pool will be open from 8am to 6pm. * The hotel does not have lifeguards, therefore, children are not allowed to access the pool without their parents or guardians. * Any internal problems in the apartment, such as plumbing, electrical or other problems, should be reported immediately to reception. * Objects and clothing left by guests will be stored for a maximum of 90 days. After this period, the hotel reserves the right to dispose of them as it sees fit. * In the event of damage to any object, furniture or utensils, the guest is obliged to reimburse the amount of the loss. * During the entire stay, guests must wear the identification bracelets received at check-in. * The access card to the apartments must be returned at check-out. In the event of loss or misplacement, a fee of R$50.00 will be charged per card. <br /><u>CANCELLATION POLICIES:</u> We allow cancellations and changes at a reduced cost up to 30 days before check-in. In case of cancellations within the deadline, we will refund the amount paid within 30 days after the request, deducting 10% of the amount paid. For cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date, we do not issue refunds. In case of cancellation after check-in or no-show, for any reason, the full amount of the reservation will be charged as a fine.<br /> <u>WARRANTY POLICIES:</u> <br /> Deposit/Billing Policy <br /> To guarantee the reservation, payment of 50% is required within 48 hours of the request, via bank deposit or credit card (by filling out a debit authorization form). The remaining balance is paid at check-in. For reservations of only one night, payment by deposit/card is 100% of the daily rate. If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. For OPERATORS, billing will only be authorized upon approval (analysis) by the hotel.
