As a result, as of 1st September 2024 for approximately one month, there will be some large works to remove approximately 12 square meters of road d which is situated behind Building 5 leading to laundry and engineering areas. Due to the noise and dust level, The property has decided to close down Building 5 during this time as the noise levels for a couple of weeks of excavating will be high and guests unable to stay in this building. The property will also use Building 4 as a buffer to further reduce noise levels across the resort. Note: Note: Construction work nearby the hotel Dates: 2025-04-03 - 2026-05-31 Please note that noise should be expected due to a refurbishment/construction work. ***NOTICE: Damage Deposit will be requested to the client upon check-in.*** NOTICE: There is a construction of CAR PARK building situated next to Building 5 of KSB.
