Daily rates start at 2 PM and end at 12 PM. To remain in the hotel area after the end of the contracted period, please inquire at reception about availability. Please note that our parking is charged separately. We charge a daily fee of R$25.00 (twenty-five reais) per vehicle. *During peak season, fairs, or events, this value may be altered. In accordance with Law No. 9.294/1996, smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the hotel premises. Non-compliance will result in a fine, and persistent smoking will lead to appropriate administrative measures. Cancellation after check-in: Cancellation of stay upon arrival or after check-in at the Hotel, as well as early departure for any reason, WILL NOT ENTITLE YOU TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REIMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT FOR NEW DAYS, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily rate. Visits and guests: Respecting the privacy of other guests and the security of the Hotel, visits and guests will only be allowed with proper authorization at the Hotel reception. A fee will be charged. Additional information: One child up to 5 years old stays free when sharing a bed with their parents. If extra mattresses and beds are needed, a daily fee will be charged (please inquire directly with the Hotel). Children 5 years and older are charged as adults. According to Federal Law No. 8.069, of July 13, 1990, the accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age is not permitted, unless accompanied by their parents or guardian. If the minor is accompanied only by their guardian, the guardian will be required to present, at the time of check-in, a written authorization for the minor's accommodation, signed by the parents, with signatures notarized. Regardless of any other provision, all minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age must present, at the time of check-in, a photo ID proving their identity and parentage, even if accompanied by their parents. Furthermore, according to Law 15.449/2014, the hotel will retain a copy of the child's or adolescent's official document, which will be attached to their identification file. Failure to comply with this requirement prevents the accommodation of minors. The Hotel will charge for the reservation as established in its policy.
