Daily rates start at 2:00 p.m. and end at 12:00 p.m. Parking costs R$44.00/day (reservations not required). The Sustainable Tourism Tax will be charged per day per apartment, established by Municipal Decree 041/16, which regulates Municipal Law No. 2158/2003, amended by Municipal Law No. 3461/2015, in the amount of R$3.28. We charge a 10% service fee of any nature, in the form of a Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Category. It is the guest's responsibility to pay for extras used at the Hotel. Pets are not allowed. The use of electric irons is not permitted. Packages and/or extras are only confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. <br /><u>CANCELLATION POLICIES:</u> If there is a need to cancel or change the date of the reservation, the customer must notify the Reservations Center in writing. Cancellations or changes by phone and/or WhatsApp will not be accepted. Cancellations or changes to dates will be subject to fees according to the conditions below: Change of reservation date: no date transfer fee will be charged, only any price difference between one period and another, provided that it is made 3 days before the check-in date. Changes are subject to availability. Cancellation: in the event of cancellation at least 3 days before the check-in date at the hotel, the guest will receive a refund of the amount already paid.
