Without proof, pet accommodation will not be permitted. It is not permitted to leave the pet alone in the apartment. Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 300.00 and/or suspension of the animal's accommodation. No Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted in the apartments, covered areas or indoor leisure areas of the hotel. Alcohol Consumption by Minors According to Federal Law No. 8.069/90 (Statute of the Child and Adolescent), the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors under 18 years of age is prohibited, even when accompanied by their guardians. <br /><u>CANCELLATION POLICIES:</u> Cancellation of reservations without No Show charge is allowed up to 1 day before check in date, cancellations after this deadline will be charged 100%.<br /> <u>WARRANTY POLICIES:</u> <br /> Payment Policy - Refundable <br /> Reservation confirmation occurs after full payment, which can be made via Pix or credit card.
