TVT Onboard Credit Promotion

Promotion Details:

• 2-4 nights cruises – Up to $25 per stateroom for Inside and Oceanview categories; $50 for Balcony; up to $100 per stateroom for Suites.
• 5-9 nights cruises – Up to $30 per stateroom for Inside; $55 for Oceanview; $75 for Balcony; up to $100 per stateroom for Suites.
• 10 nights or longer – Up to $50 per stateroom for Inside; $75 for Oceanview; $100 for Balcony; up to $150 per stateroom for Suites.

Important Note:

The maximum onboard credit amount of $150 applies exclusively to Suite bookings for cruises lasting 10 nights or longer. Onboard credit amounts vary based on cruise duration, stateroom category, and eligibility requirements outlined below.

Terms & Conditions

• Participants must register first and make an eligible purchase to qualify for onboard credit.
• This onboard credit is an additional benefit to any onboard credit provided by the cruise lines.
• This promotion is only valid for the first year of registration.
• Onboard credit can only be used onboard the ship and at the cruise line’s private islands.
• Credit will be applied to your reservation 10 days prior to departure after the full payment has been received.
• Onboard credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• In the event of cancellation, onboard credit will not be refunded.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Minimum cruise fare to qualify for the onboard credit:
• 2-4 nights cruises: Inside and Oceanview categories must exceed $1,500; Balcony must exceed $2,500; Suites must exceed $3,500.
• 5-9 nights cruises: Inside and Oceanview categories must exceed $2,500; Balcony must exceed $3,500; Suites must exceed $5,000.
• 10 nights or longer: Inside and Oceanview categories must exceed $3,000; Balcony must exceed $4,500; Suites must exceed $6,000.
• Residency Requirement: This promotion is valid exclusively for U.S. residents.

Eligibility and Enrollment

The Program is open exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years old – or the age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is greater – and possess a valid email address.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their involvement in the Program complies with all applicable laws and their employer's policies regarding participation in loyalty or rewards programs.

To enroll in the Program, you must meet the eligibility criteria listed above and either:

• (a) create an account with "That Vacation,"
• (b) sign in to your existing account, or
• (c) accept these Terms and Conditions when prompted.

By doing so, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and become a member. Only eligible individuals may participate in the Program. Companies, groups, organizations, or travel agents are not eligible to participate. Accounts must be used solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and cannot be shared or transferred.

Earning Onboard Credit

Onboard Credit can be earned by making eligible bookings through a Participating Brand, as detailed below. Eligible bookings include cruises booked with participating brands such as MSC Cruises. Onboard Credit is calculated on the base fare of the eligible cruise, excluding taxes and fees.

Non-Eligible Bookings:

• Gift cards
• Bookings made via the "Groups & Meetings" link on a participating brand
• Cruises booked directly on a cruise line's website, even if the initial search originated on a participating brand
• Certain pricing products, including but not limited to, price drop protection.

Program Suspension and Termination

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to modify or restrict the availability of the Program at any time, with reasonable written notice and without liability to participants.

If the program is terminated, participants who have a reservation made prior to the cancellation of the promotion, their onboard credit remains.

Privacy and Data Use

We value your privacy and will collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Statement. As part of your membership in the Program, we may use and share your personal data for the following purposes:

• Fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
• Sending you invoices and payment confirmations related to your bookings.
• Providing you with promotional communications tailored to your reservations and preferences.

You have the right to manage your data preferences at any time. For example, you may opt out of receiving promotional communications by:

• Clicking the “unsubscribe” link in promotional emails.
• Adjusting your preferences in your account settings.
• Contacting the relevant Customer Service Center of the Participating Brand.
